above links. Here are some sampling's of biographies written about
is a Brisbane based visual artist and works with the medium of
charcoal drawing. In 2003 she was the recipient of a Churchill
Fellowship which enabled her to study at the New York Studio School
and to travel throughout the US, France and Italy to research
historical and contemporary drawing practice.'
a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Tasmania
and is a recent graduate from Griffith University where she studied
a Master of Arts in Visual Art. Elizabeth practices full time
as a visual artist and actively engages in a busy exhibition program.
Elizabeth is passionate about drawing and uses iconography of
dresses to explore themes of memory and identity. Elizabeth documents
her own clothing which she regards as an ongoing self portrait.
In addition to presenting a paper at the conference an exhibition
of Elizabeth's work will be held in Brisbane at the QUT Art Museum.'
